Concerts@One: Russian Carnival Ensemble April 24, 2008

Trinity Church and St. Paul’s Chapel invite you to take a break from the workday and take in a fantastic mid-day musical performance with their Concerts@One series. The Russian Carnival Ensemble: Tamara Volskaya, artistic director, domra; Mayya Kalikhman, domra, domra-alto, percussion; Nataliya Vsevolodskaya, balalaika-alto, guitar; Anatoliy Trofimov, bayan, arranger; Leonid Bruk, balalaika, contrabass. Performing works by Rossini, Paganini, and Glinka.
Celebrating its 40th year, these hour-long concerts take place on Mondays at St. Paul’s Chapel (Broadway at Fulton Street) and Thursdays at Trinity Church (Broadway at Wall Street) from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM and feature a variety of musicians from all genres.
