Blues Vocalist Frank Bey, “Southern Gentleman of the Blues,” and his Swing City Blues Band will appear in concert with special guest guitarist Jimi Odell on Sunday, March 25, 2007 from 4 to 8 pm at the Sedgwick Theater in Mt. Airy, 7137 Germantown Ave., Phila., PA 19119.
