Join Philadelphia composers David Laganella and Richard Brodhead, along with Network for New Music Artistic Director Linda Reichert, in a fascinating exploration of the intersections between music and the visual arts. Both composers have spent the last year creating original works based on paintings in PAFA’s permanent collection, and they are eager to share the powerful and personal aesthetic responses which inspired several major new chamber works for the Network Ensemble. A full performance of their new compositions will be held on the evening of April 3rd at PAFA.
