Rosa and I invite you to attend a Sunday morning of complimentary Yin (Stretch) Yoga.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, bare feet (if that's a problem, just let us know) and a large beach blanket. If you have practiced yoga in the past, and have yoga blocks, feel free to bring them (it is not necessary though).

(*Yin Yoga: The restorative nature of yin yoga is a perfect balance with a strength and conditioning program as it works to improve flexibility, deeper ranges of motion, core strength and increased flow of energy. We will not be performing extremely complex and complicated yoga postures with this form of yoga. It's a slow deep stretch yoga -- and as always, yoga is about listening to your body and doing what you can do on that specific day. It is not recommended for those with knee or back issues.)
