In order to remain competitive, or even to survive, organizations must continuously adapt themselves to the turbulent changes in their respective environments. With global competition becoming stiffer, the countries in South-East Asia now need to turn their attention to developing their human resources. In order to compete, survive and prosper organizational leaders must harness and develop their vital human resources more effectively than their competitors. This requires transformational HR leaders to transform their organizations. The purpose of this program is to help participants to understand and to develop competencies for transformational HR leadership to transform their human resources; reflect on their current leadership skills - and for effectively leading and transform their organizations to achieve competitive advantage.
