About the Presenters
Shari Dunn, Managing Principal, CompAnalysis, Inc., has held management and professional positions with McKinsey & Co., Deloitte & Touche, Castle & Cooke, Fibreboard Corporation, Bank of America and Boise Cascade Corporation. She functioned as both consultant and manager in the areas of salary administration, executive compensation, and sales/incentive compensation for these firms prior to establishing her own consulting firm, CompAnalysis, in 1980.
Robert Barter's responsibilities at CompAnalysis include project research and analysis, report writing, application & use of labor market research statistical data, and interaction with clients concerning internal job comparisons and related matters. Prior to joining the CompAnalysis team in 2007, he worked in quality assurance and manufacturing for Simpson Strong-Tie, an international construction business. He is a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association, the Bay Area Compensation Association, and WorldatWork.
