All level Yoga Class taught by Megan Grime RYT200 certified instructor. Classes are 1:30 hrs. They begin with Jnana Yoga (questions/answers), a full body warm-up session, followed by Hatha Yoga (poses) with an emphasis on breath and flow (Pranayama), then end with a guided relaxation and realignment of the body. Some classes build on a series beginning with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and as always, a series easily adapted to your own pace. Donations accepted.
