Community Frameworks' Self-Help Homeownership Informational Meeting September 30, 2009

Community Frameworks, a local non-profit housing provider, will be hosting a SELF-HELP HOMEOWNERSHIP INFORMATIONAL MEETING at the VALLEY LIBRARY just off of Pines on SEPTEMBER 30th, at 6:00 pm.

HomeStarts is a self-help homeownership program which provides 100% financing, down payment assistance, a credit for closing costs, affordable monthly mortgage payments and an opportunity to learn the home maintenance skills you will need to maintain your home. You will get to know your neighbors before you move in and help create your own safe neighborhood.

Our new townhome community, Valley Pointe, will be featured at the meeting. Valley Pointe is located between Appleway and 4th just off University and will consist of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom townhomes.

Community Frameworks has several communities currently under construction, one on the Northside of Spokane, another on the West Plains, and our third in the Valley.
