Community CleanUp - Caperton Swamp March 26, 2011

Caperton Swamp, located at 3916 River Road, has a long history as a premier birding location. In more recent years, it has been subject to less than desireable behaviors and attitudes. Please join Metro Parks Natural Areas Division in a park clean up to remove trash (tires, scrap metal and litter) and invasive plant species. Tools, gloves and water will be provided.

This opportunity is suitable for ages 14 and up. Under 18 must have adult supervision. Closed toe shoes are required.
