In this webinar, you will work with a useful self-assessment tool created by FIO Partners’ as part of a working framework for Strategic Management. The focus of this session is on building a baseline of understanding about your organization’s internal management capacity. By using this tool, you will be able to identify opportunities for capacity building and link those opportunities to your strategic goals.
