We all know that laughter makes us feel good. A regular 20 minute laughter session can have a profound impact on our health and wellbeing. Laughter is gentle exercise. It fill your lungs and body with oxygen, deep-clears your breathing passages and exercises your lungs. This is really important for people who don't get regular aerobic exercise.
If this is something you'd like to explore locally, please come exactly at 6pm to the fountain by the tree stump near the Shake Shack in Madison Square Park. Then we'll all move to a grassy spot to get our laugh on.
For this experience there is NO LIMIT to the amount of people who may attend, and no previous knowledge of yoga is required, no mat is needed, just come as you are, wear flat shoes, and be willing to laugh 'for no reason at all'!
This event will go no longer than 6:54 as the music will begin at 7pm.
If it is pouring raining this event will be cancelled --- otherwise a few little raindrops never hurt anyone!
