In a parched Texas town, members of “The Disciples of James Dean” prepare the local dime store for a reunion to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of his death. The women, decorating, dressing-up, and drinking to stay cool, are interrupted by some unexpected guests; then the reminiscing gets in full swing. As they share stories, memory itself becomes the instigating character, creating collisions between past and present, truth and fiction, and fear and dignity.
