Collecting Matisse and Modern Masters: the Cone Sister of Baltimore January 20, 2013

This exhibition includes modern masterpieces, textiles and decorations from Europe, Asia, and Africa, all collected by the Cone sisters, as well as photographs and documents related to the lives and journeys of these two vibrant women who purchased works by legends such as Matisse and Picasso long before contemporary critics recognized their worth.
