Join us to welcome seven Department of State International Visitors to Portland while enjoying the breathtaking penthouse view of The Azure, part of the new Waterfront Pearl condo development. These visitors are participating in A Project for Young European Leaders on Current Social, Political, and Economic Issues through the International Visitor Leadership Program that promotes mutual understanding between citizens of the U.S. and the rest of the world. Countries represented: Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Turkey and United Kingdom.
