The CHA open meeting will be held at LICH's Othmer Conference Center, rooms A and B.
It's no secret; the Cobble Hill Association is strongly opposed to the current iteration of Brooklyn Bridge Park, particularly to the luxury housing incorporated in the design. No surprise, then, that the CHA's Fall Open Meeting on Monday, November 6, is billed as Development or Over-Development, A Panel Discussion on How Development Might Affect Property Values and Quality of Life in our Community. The evening's panelists are still being signed on but currently include real estate experts Greg O'Connell and Glenn H. Brill. The discussion will be moderated by Roderick M. Hills Jr., the William T. Comfort III Professor of Law at New York University School of Law.
Open means open; one needn't live in Cobble Hill to participate.
