Coaching for Top Performance Presented by The Continental Group June 19, 2012

The Continental Group presents “Coaching for Top Performance” an in-depth look at key leadership skills necessary in order to establish and enhance the performance of a management team as well as the techniques needed to facilitate a productive coaching conversation. The course is open to all Miami Beach property managers, free of charge. Completion of this course provides attendee with 2 CEUs for either HR or ELE for the CAM License.
