'When you were looking 'round,
you veered to the right,
Did you notice that?
And I feel better knowing that I decided not to.'

THE GOOD NATURED
She is being hailed as the new EveryOtherHypedElectropopFemaleSoloArtist but 18-year old Sarah McIntosh from Berkshire has enough of her own style and prowess to keep your attention for much longer than you can say Lily Allen or Kate Nash. Her debut EP's popularity has spread by word of mouth more than anything and has marked her out as a new talent to watch. Though singing with her own home counties accent was always going to be asking for trouble, her songs are memorable electro-pop gems with more depth and thought than most in her genre. Big tings coming, BIG TINGS!

VERONICA FALLS
Featuring members from the now defunct bands The Royal We and Sexy Kids, Veronica Falls met at a Comet Gain show and have since built up a solid rep touring extensively in 2009. Their first single was released through Captured Tracks in the U.S. and their first British release is due in March 2010 on the ace Trouble Records. Their sound is one part twee pop melodies, one part goth kid, it's a recipe for Rad. You NEED to see them, for the good of YOU!

MARKLION
Mark Lion is the solo project of Vincent Thierion from French Chiptune pioneers DAT Politics. 'Jack of all trades, master of computer music.' Vincent first studied Arts before finally deciding to spend all of his time redefining the limits of computer music. Under his new stage name he brings something a little slicker to the table for you to get your dance on to. And you will dance. BELIEVE!

BLACK CRACKER
Black Cracker is a one-time army brat, art-school dropout, and published poet who began a music career with avant-pop heroes CocoRosie (for whom she produced tracks, DJed, and provided on-call beatboxing.) She then went on to assemble beats, duet and tour with NYC's art rapper Bunny Rabbit before returning to her basement studio in Brooklyn to cook up the noise for her solo project. Mofo will be her London debut, Get in and GET DOWN, son!

DON'T WAIT ANIMATE
Tipped South Londoners, DON'T WAIT ANIMATE met on the dance floor of Plastic People and bonded over a shared love of the music on the Sega Megadrive game 'Streets of Rage 2'. That and their individual influences ranging from speed garage, dubstep, indie, folk and even country have created a big energy of sound that's hard to pigeon hole but blends enough to have real crossover potential. Their debut single '6174' is released in April on Barhouse Records and they are only playing the first slot tonight due to being a late addition to the bill. I pity the fool who doesn't get there early to see them, DO IT!
