NIGHT MOVES
UK dirty electro duo arrvies stateside to give the indie kids a throttling. "Since hooking up with expatriate Nottingham pals The Klaxons, Nightmoves, aka Matt Waites and Pete Cage, have become the most sought-after remixers on the block. The Midlanders among you will probably have heard Pete and Matt play at Liars Club, their potty, incendiary weekly in Notts where Nightmoves and their cohorts chew up indie kids and spit ‘em out with hyperactive sets of disco, electro and gnarly acid house. Their remix of The Klaxons ‘Gravity’s Rainbow’, released on Kitsune this month alongside versions from Van She and To My Boy, is a big-bollocked dancefloor bomb that’ll have clubbers climbing up the walls, while their forthcoming interpretation of The Infadels’ ‘Girl Who Speaks No Words’ is a dub-disco potboiler with more than a whiff of the DFA about it." -- FactMagazine.co.uk
