An evening of cocktails and hors d’oueuvres with a silent auction and entertainment emceed by NBC5 Chicago’s Ginger Zee. Climate Cycle Founder Joey Feinstein will present a special recognition award to Motorola Foundation Executive Director Eileen Sweeney; 2009 Top Individual Fundraiser Chuck Frank; and Student Ambassadors from Curie High School for their contributions.
Complimentary childcare will be provided for children ages 4-12, including visits to the museum’s exhibits, an art project and kid-friendly finger foods. Entertainment will be provided by Lincoln Park High School students and Local Chicago Band “Funk in the Trunk”
The Second Annual Climate Cycle Solar Schools Ride will take place in Chicago’s Grant Park on Sunday, May16th. Proceeds from the event will be used to install solar energy systems on Chicago Public Schools. Cyclists of all levels are invited to participate. The event features live music, exhibits, free “green” products and more.
