Join host Leon Bibb and the cast and crew of Cleveland, I Love You on September 6 for Cleveland, We Love You: A Celebration of Cleveland Film
Cleveland is home to hundreds of producers, writers, directors, actors, film crew professionals, musicians and artists. You're cordially invited to meet a few of those responsible for Cleveland, I Love You, the largest-ever locally produced independent film project in the city's history, starring Busy Philipps (Cougar Town, Dawson's Creek) and Gillian Jacobs (NBC's Community) along with more than 140 local actors.
Produced by Cleveland State University Alumni Eric Swinderman and Mark Pengryn and featuring director and Shaker Heights native Jamie Babbit (But I'm a Cheerleader, The United States of Tara) Cleveland, I Love You is currently in post-production, but Cleveland, We Love You is your chance to see some of the work previously created by the film's producers, directors and cinematographers before the film is released in late 2012.
Guests will be treated to an elegant cocktail reception inside the Gordon Square Arts District Atrium at 6pm, followed by a presentation of several short films by these award winning filmmakers at 7:30pm and the world premiere of the highly anticipated Cleveland, I Love You trailer at the historic Capitol Theatre. The night will culminate with an exclusive Q&A session with the film's cast and crew.
Don't miss this exciting, exclusive event, hosted by Channel 5 News Anchor -- and Cleveland, I Love You star -- Leon Bibb!
