"Classics in Threes" featuring the Richmond Orchestra & Chorus November 7, 2009

The Richmond Orchestra & Chorus Association begins their 24th season with a concert entitled "Classics in Threes". The Beethoven Triple Concerto will feature soloists Eugene Skovorodnikov (piano), Victor Kuleshov (violin) and Bo Peng (cello). The Chorus offers three psalm settings by Mendelssohn, the first of which features the lovely solo "O for the Wings of a Dove", sung by Rachel Priebe, and the concert ends with three favourite choruses from the composer's great oratorio "Elijah".
