Class 1 Electrofishing Certification Course May 14, 2007

The 2007 Class 1 Electrofishing Training course will be held at Sir Sandford Fleming College, School of Natural Resources from May 14-16, 2007. Registration for this course is limited to 40 participants and is now open. Participants are expected to bring their own backpack electrofisher and equipment.

The course will provide safety and study design training for those working with this collection technique. An ongoing component will be improving research and sampling methodologies while continuing to meet all safety concerns associated with Electrofishing.
