Board a biodiesel bus and on the way to the farm we will have beers by the brewery and nosh. The brewers will chat regarding the history of their brewery and their practices. At the farm, you will be given a full tour by the farmer, then sit down to a multi-course dinner paired with the brewery's beers. After dinner, we will have a bonfire, then board the bus to get you home safely. Tickets include round trip transportation to each farm, snacks and beer on the bus, a tour of the farm, meal with beer pairings on the farm, and more! Tax and tip are also included. Call 773.293.2489 or email supperclub@cityprovisions.com to make your reservation. Visit City Provisions for more information.

We will be closing out the season out with a pretty special farm dinner. First you will tour the farm and greenhouses, and then walk over to the Red Farm to tour the Apiary. Michael Killmer of Templeton Rye will greet you with a special honey rye cocktail, while Bronwyn gives you a quick overview of the apiary. We will then go into the apiary, where you will witness the harvesting of the 2011 City Provisions Vintage. City Provisions & Metropolitan Brewing have collaborated on a "dunkel doppel rye bock" and are now aging in the Templeton barrel. At this farm dinner, we will release the "named later" beer for guests to enjoy, there will be the whiskey the barrel will be used to smoke a bunch of food for the dinner. Call it "three degrees of the barrel" dinner.
