host ‘City of Champions’
Youth Enrichment Football Camp.
Dallas/Waxahachie-- InnerCity Solutions (ICS), Inc. of Dallas and The Waxahachie Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club will host its 7th Annual football camp for metroplex boys and young men with special appearances from former Dallas Cowboys players, 2009 draft picks, free agents, first year players and past Super Bowl participants. Other local past and present NFL, CFL, AFL, and Collegiate players are expected to attend and work with youth.
We are requesting your support at this year’s Youth Enrichment Football Camp. The one-day camp scheduled for June 20, 2009 at Waxahachie Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club in Waxahachie, Texas from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. will cost $100 to participate. You can be apart of this Donate $25.00 and receive a Free "I did my part" camp T-Shirt. An estimated 250 children, ages 7-18 is anticipated to attend from the Waxahachie and Dallas metroplex area. All proceeds will go to The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club and InnerCity Solutions, Inc.
The camp will offer basic football instructions and feature small group discussions with past and present professional football players and civil servants from our city.
There will also be a FREE autograph session with the players held at Belk Department Store at the Waxahachie Towne Center from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on June 13, 2009. InnerCity Solutions, Inc. is a Dallas-based not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Its major emphasis include youth leadership and enrichment, education, housing and economic development and programs for the elderly.
The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club enable young people in need to reach their full potential. Its major emphasis include international health and emergency services, community development, evangelism, men and women’s ministries.
