On Tuesday, November 6, Berkley voters will decide whether to amend the City Charter. The proposed amendment would require City Council to place a nativity scene at City Hall every year among symbols and objects that depict or relate to Christmas. In November 2006, City Council voted six to one to donate the nativity scene to the Berkley Area Clergy Association, who fully supported this decision. So do we, and we need your help to defeat this proposal...
