CIS Championships 2009 November 8, 2009

The competition will be held at Sabina Park, Kingston, Jamaica, a large federal park located near the heart of the city. This park overlooks the ocean and the official championship hotel is
less than 500 yards away. The course will be set up over 10, 1 km loops, all on grass and synthetic surfaces.
