HORRIBLE. Went with a party of six on 12/30/2012. Paid for VIP but got seated in the back due a "1st come, 1st serve". We were there early but got seated late since we had an elderly person who could not stand in line. This was explained to them before ordering tickets. They ran out of food. Sound system was terrible. Top it off, one of the staff members got nasty with my wife.
