CIPS Certification Procrastinators Event May 27, 2008

If haven't applied for your Information Systems Professional (I.S.P.) designation yet, I'd like to remind you that our (free!) I.S.P. Procrastinators event is on May 27th and it's an event where you can get motivation and assistance in filling out those application forms. If there is sufficient interest in the examination route (only one of five routes) we can schedule a group ICCP examination date for this summer.
If you do have your ISP already, you can attend the event to learn more about the introduction of a new designation aligned with the International Information Technology Professional (IITP) designation.
Professionals that apply for their I.S.P. prior to August 1, 2008 will have the opportunity to be "grandparented" into this new designation (the proposed name is "Canadian Information Technology Professional".)
There is no time like today to apply for your I.S.P.--join us at the Groundhog Pub tomorrow (May 27th) where I.S.P.s will help aspiring I.S.P.s make the best application decisions and help you with the application forms right at the event!
