CINEMANIA @ The Intersection Showcases Dance Favorites Every Thursday in August August 5, 2010

The free outdoor movie festival Cinemania returns by popular demand to Grand Center’s Strauss Park at the intersection of Grand and Washington boulevards.

Featuring a lineup of classic, dance-inspired films, Cinemania @ The Intersection, sponsored by Frontyard Features and AmerenUE, is the perfect summer evening for lovers of music, dance and fresh air entertainment. Each Thursday kicks off with a movie trivia contest at 8 p.m. hosted by Cinema St. Louis. Winners will be awarded prizes from arts organizations and businesses around Grand Center. The feature film follows at 8:30 p.m., just in time for the sun to go down. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs for comfort.
