The dream of many, the story of one. Mario (Demian Bichir), a schoolteacher in the provinces, wants to immigrate to the United States to join his son studying in Miami. When the visa is denied, he plans a heist to buy one at the black market. But fate gives him another challenge, Blanca (Kate del Castillo), an exotic dancer looking for another dream: the dream of Bolivia.
