Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College concludes its 2011-2012 Target FamilyFun series with American Family Theater’s production of Cinderella on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 2pm.
American Family Theater’s award-winning production of the classic fairy tale Cinderella bursts with excitement, fantasy and song as it tells the story of a lowly servant girl whose one wish is to attend the royal ball. In this all-new children’s musical, Cinderella sings and dances her way from the kitchen of her stepmother's house into the arms of Prince Charming, helped by her good friend Mortimer Mouse and her magical Fairy Godmother. Appropriate for children ages four and up, the production lasts for one hour and is performed without an intermission. All tickets are $7.
American Family Theater (AFT) is the nation’s premier producer of musicals for families and young audiences and performs in over 300 venues each year. AFT’s award winning productions reflect a critically acclaimed commitment to full-scale presentations that involve the skills, talent and creativity of outstanding directors, designers, composers, performers and technical personnel.
Please note that this is NOT the Disney production of the story.
