Cigar Box Purses Decoupage Designs December 19, 2009

Learn decoupage techniques to design and compose a beautiful cigar box purse to keep for yourself or give to someone special for the holiday season. Combine the beautiful and ornate decorative details in the Academy's Furness building with other fun images and decorations to create a unique, one-of-a-kind masterpiece purse.
