Chef Rossi will also have some delicious dishes for this special holiday, including a Lobster Risotto with Meyer Lemon Confit and Organic Watercress; House Made Saffron Gnocchi with Lamb Bolognese; Butternut Squash Soup with Spiced Orange Foam; Char Grilled Onglet Steak with Wild Mushrooms, Crispy Onion Rings and Ambrosia Steak Sauce; and a Traditional Bûche de Noël with Sauce à l'Orange.
