At “The Postal Connection: Singapore and Thailand” exhibition, learn about the importance of Singapore as a postal and communication hub and see how Singapore inspired the introduction and development of postal system in Thailand. You can also view rare royal letters by King Mongkut (reign from 1851 – 1868) and King Chulalongkorn (reign from 1868 – 1910) that were sent to Singapore. Touch, feel and smell spices and find out interesting trivia about spices at “Spice Is Nice” exhibition. You can discover voyages of discovery, spice trade, colonisation, migration pattern, life in early Singapore and traditional cures at the exhibition. Then at “Imagine Dragons” exhibition, explore what makes the dragon in different cultures around the world.
