In the early 19th century, German immigrants brough with them the Christmas traditions we observe today. Embrace the Gemuetlichkeit of this traditional German holiday season at our annual Christmas Candlelight Evenings. Resplendent in holiday decorations, The Brewmaster's Castle will feature appearances by St.Nicholas, ladies and gentlemen of the Victorian Society bedecked in period fashions, and carols and traditional German songs performced by the Alpine Singers and the Washington Saengerbund, the city's oldes German singing group. $10 per person, no reservations necessary.
