Christine Jensen and Ingrid Jensen March 7, 2011

OPUS winner and Juno Award nominee Christine Jensen and the Christine Jensen Jazz Orchestra will appear at Dizzy’s for two shows on March 7. The Montreal-based saxophonist-composer was described by the Globe and Mail’s Mark Miller as “an original voice on the international jazz scene...[and] one of Canada’s most compelling composers.” Jensen’s sister, Ingrid Jensen, will sit in on trumpet.
