Chris has appeared on MTV, Showtime, A&E, Comedy Central, USA Network and from 1996 to 2001 spent time as the drive time host on Planet 95.3-- Detroit’s prime radio station.
Returning to Boston he headlined the entire Boston area club circuit while continuing to work radio. He has done years of Boston Radio WZOU, JMAN 94.5, WROR (Loren and Wally), WZLX (Sweeney’s Neighborhood.) And in 2003 he decided to take a break from comedy and focus on Radio with his very successful drive time show -Zito and Jen -on 104.5 WXLO in Worcester. ZITO, born and raised in Pittsburgh, is the newest addition to the Oldies 103.3 team.

Dick Doherty touted in the Boston press as The Godfather Of Boston Comedy has presented the nations top comics to the comedy fans of Worcester for over 18 years. Originaly at The AKU AKU Restaurand for over 10 years and now at The 4 * Crowne Plaza in downtown Worcester. Located in The Ampitheater at The Hotel, this is one of the best venues for comedy on the east coast. Every seat is in what would be called the golden circle seats in Vegas, Atlantic City or any theater.
