I'm a pretty busy guy. In addition to songwriting, performing acoustically, and with my 3-piece arrangement- "the Town Criers", I also perform with my band "October Sons", and in my girl/guy duo "Left of Sunday". All this while working full time I might add. I haven't yet decided to live in a van full time, and why should I, that's why we have the internet. Here's some background: My story began in a bedroom playing air guitar and singing. After a while I got pretty good at the singing part. I listened to a huge range of music growing up (Rock, country, classical). However, it was bands like The Replacements, Soul Asylum, The Dharma Bums, the Lemonheads and Buffalo Tom that made a huge impression on me. It was their songwriters that really drew me in. Rockers like Dave Pirner, Paul Westerberg, Evan Dando, Bill janovitz, Jeremy Wilson. But why stop there, I was equally affected by the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Lyle Lovett, Steve Earle, and the list is still growing. I picked up a real guitar in high school, and spent my teens and twenties writing songs and performing. Over the years I've played in many bands, including October Sons who Ive been with for 10 years. I've also recorded 3 albums, and played venues ranging from Rock Clubs, colleges, bars, coffee houses, weddings, house parties...and the list goes on. A few years ago I finally put together and released my first solo album. The next album is in the works. I believe in the songs I write and hope you do too. Happy Listening.
