“Supplement or not to supplement,” that is the question. With the many contradictory studies about Vitamins A, D, E, B12, etc., it is difficult to keep up with the latest scientific information and then apply it to one’s diet. Dr. Blake has thoroughly researched the topic to help his audience attain optimum health, especially for those on a vegan diet.
Dr. Blake holds two doctorate degrees in holistic health and in naturopathic medicine. He used his new software, the Diet Doctor 2010 to help write his latest book on dietary fats and oils (available for free to attendees). He is the master, registered herbalist who pioneered the consolidation of knowledge on natural remedies from around the world, now released as GlobalHerbProfessional 2009. Dr. Blake has authored 22 major publications including Healing Medicine. He completed a textbook called Vitamins and Minerals Demystified for McGraw-Hill in 2008.
