Don’t be late for a very important date with “Alice in Chocolateland,” a.k.a
Chocolate City USA, during the 23rd annual ChocolateFest event, May 22-25.
In addition to top entertainers on four stages, the first carnival of the season, a grand
fireworks display, and a Memorial Day parade, the annual festival features more ways
than ever to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
For the more serious chocolate connoisseur there will be opportunities to sample
exclusive chocolate from more than 20 vendors, learn how to pair it with fine wine and
watch some of the finest Milwaukeeland chefs create signature chocolate desserts.
And for those who like to jump right into the chocolate action – and maybe even get a
little messy - there are plenty of chocolate-themed contests and events planned under the
Chocolate Experience Tent. From chocolate eating contests, Choc-olympic games, a
candy-wrapper fashion design contest, and a Chocolate Geocache event, to chocolate
sculpting, baking and cake decorating contests, chances win great prizes abound.
