Chocolate Days at the Rococo Factory, in Dulwich, SE London.
“An indulgent experience, entering the secret world of hand made chocolates.” Jill Cottee former student
"When I unwrapped my prize, the family gave marvellously gratifying squeals of amazement. The truffles were admittedly a little less regular in shape than the shop-bought version, but all the better for that, or no one would have believed I'd made them."

A perfect day out for a group of good friends or colleagues. (a maximum of 10 persons for each day)
6 one day modules for 2006:
The day will start at 10.45 am with a short introduction, served with tea or coffee, and a tour of the chocolate factory. After this, I will be demonstrating, and then you will have your own “hands on” session in teams of two.
A light lunch will be served, followed by a chocolate tasting and slide show. The morning’s work will be finished off after lunch and goody bags will then be prepared to take home, and a glass of champagne will end the day at 5pm. You will also receive a signed copy of my book Real Chocolate.
