St. Olaf College will host readings by two notable authors:
Thursday, June 7, 7:30 p.m., the Saint Lucian poet, Kendel Hippolyte, author most recently of Night Vision, will read from his work.
Friday, June 8, 7:30 p.m., the Indian-born author,
Chitra Divakaruni, author of Arranged Marriage, Mistress of
Spices and Queen of Dreams, will read from her latest work.
Both readings will take place on the St. Olaf campus, Northfield, Minn. in Christiansen Hall of Music. Both events are features of a national conference, “Literatures in English,” and are free and open to the public. For full details, visit stolaf.edu/events/litengconf.
