Chinese Tea Tasting Ceremony September 27, 2008

New teas will be introduced, complete with the rituals of the Chinese tea ceremony. Watch how the teacups are cleaned and the tea leaves are washed. Learn about the culture behind the ceremony, and watch as the tea steeps. Then, enjoy tasting of some of the most exquisite teas China has to offer! Free Admission. Actual ceremony takes about an hour and a half, and the selected teas are rotated throughout the time period.
