The annual Chinese New Year's Dinner and Auction is the NW China Council's biggest social and networking event of the year. This year (Year of the Tiger) the schedule for the evening includes:
- 6pm: Silent auction of Chinese art and other items; "wall of wine" and Chinese rice wine sampling.
- 7pm: Chinese multi-course dinner; table socializing and Lion Dance.
- 8pm: Oral auction
Attendees include Chinese living overseas in Portland area for work or education, Chinese-Americans and other members of the Portland community interested in Chinese culture, business, and socializing.
If you have not attended previously, please join us and meet new people; or organize a table of friends; or create a patron table (advertised in NW China Council promotions).
