what time is it starting at ?
which street is it suppose to be on ?

I just wrote this at the Urban Vancouver event listing for the parade: "According to the map, the parade will start near the gates on Taylor Street and E. Pender, make its way East alone E. Pender, turn right on Gore, then turn right on Keefer St. and end at Carrall St." It starts at noon.
