Children's Good Friday Service March 29, 2013

Join us for a cross-generational, interactive Good Friday worship service at 5:45 p.m. on March 29, at Faith Lutheran Church, 10395 University Avenue in Clive, Iowa.
We will take your family on a journey with Jesus to the cross without sharing the details about the crucifixion. The service will leave you with all of the important lessons of remembrance of why we observe Good Friday. Our 3rd through 5th grade students will be playing chimes and there will be a special solo by Grace Johnson. Our traditional Good Friday service will be at 7:15 p.m.
To get to Faith Lutheran Church, located in the western part of the Des Moines, Iowa area, take Interstate-235 to the Valley West Drive exit. Go north on Valley West Drive to University and then head west. Faith Lutheran Church is beyond the K-Mart store by the Clive water tower. Parking is available at the church and at the K-Mart store.
