Children Under the Constitution November 7, 2007

To mark the 40th anniversary of 'In re Gault,' a 1967 Supreme Court case which held that proceedings for juveniles had to comply with the requirements of the Fourteenth Amendment, the National Constitution Center, in partnership with the Juvenile Law Center, will examine the status of children under the Constitution today.
