Childbirth Refresher June 5, 2010

Meets on a Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The fee to attend this course is $30. This one-day, four-hour class is recommended for expectant mothers and coaches who previously attended a childbirth class or have experienced a birth. The flexible curriculum provides insight into the aspects of pregnancy, labor and delivery, and a review of relaxation and breathing techniques.
