Childbirth Education-Saturday Afternoon January 16, 2010

This series of comprehensive classes prepares the expectant couple for childbirth. Nutrition, relaxation and breathing techniques, labor and delivery process, OB anesthesia options, Cesarean section, postpartum care, child safety and infant characteristics are covered.
