Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce 105th Annual Meeting June 18, 2009

The members of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce will gather for the 105th Annual Meeting of Membership on Thursday, June 18, 2009. Networking will begin at 7:00am and the breakfast meeting will take place from 7:45am to 9:00am in the International Ballroom of the Hilton Chicago.

Hear updates on the status of current issues and new initiatives that are quickly escalating as well as our vision and plans that will push the Chamber forward.

In keeping with our Annual Meeting theme of "Reinventing your Business Through Entrepreneurship and Innovation," our keynote presenter will be Mr. Steve Ballmer, CEO, Microsoft Corporation. Steven A. Ballmer joined Microsoft in 1980 and was the first business manager hired by Bill Gates. He and his company's business and technical leaders have remained focused on continuing the company's innovation and leadership across the company's core businesses. Variously described as ebullient, focused, funny, passionate, sincere, hard-charging and dynamic, Ballmer has infused Microsoft with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision and spirit over the years.

Governor Pat Quinn, will also be on hand to present his vision of innovation for the State of Illinois.
